NUC University (NUC) is an accredited institution and a member of the Middle States Commission on Higher Education (MSCHE) www.msche.org. NUC’s NUC University – IBC Technical Division (NUC-IBC), NUC University – Florida Technical College (NUC-FTC), and The Digital Animation & Visual Effects School (The DAVE School) are included in this accreditation. NUC’s accreditation status is Accreditation Reaffirmed. The Commission’s most recent action on the institution’s accreditation status on 2019 was to reaffirm accreditation. MSCHE is an institutional accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).

All courses at NUC-SF are taught in Spanish, except for some courses and programs delivered in both English and Spanish such as Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN). Therefore, students should not enroll in courses and programs delivered in English at NUC-SF unless they have adequate English proficiency. Likewise, students should not enroll in courses and programs delivered in Spanish at NUC-SF unless they have adequate proficiency in Spanish. No test will be used to determine a student’s first language. Graduates of any of the NUC University Spanish-speaking programs may encounter employment limitations due to the fact that most businesses require fluency in the English Language.
